Version 2.0

1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

Kids Social is a parental control application, provided by AGRSOFT LTD, that gives parents and legal guardians complete control over the YouTube content their children can access. The safety of children is the core purpose of the App. We are committed to the highest standards of child safety and to preventing any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in connection with our App. We have a zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and to any content or conduct that endangers children.

2. How Our App Is Designed to Protect Children

Kids Social is built so that children are protected by design:

3. Prohibited Conduct and Content

We explicitly prohibit, and act against, any of the following in connection with the App:

4. Content Review

All YouTube channels offered in our library are reviewed before being made available for parents to approve. We remove any channel reported as containing inappropriate content. Because all video is streamed from YouTube through its official player, that content is also subject to YouTube's own moderation and CSAM-detection systems. Parents always have the final decision over which specific channels and videos their child can access.

5. Reporting a Child Safety Concern

If you encounter anything in or through the App that you believe poses a risk to a child, please report it to us immediately by email at the address below. Our support contact is also accessible from within the App at Parents Mode → Settings → Legal & Support → Support & Help. We take every report seriously and investigate promptly.

Report a child safety concern:

Email: support@kidssocialapp.com

Please include "CHILD SAFETY REPORT" in the subject line for priority handling.

We aim to acknowledge child safety reports within 24 hours and to act as quickly as possible.

6. Designated Child Safety Point of Contact

We maintain a designated point of contact to receive child-safety notifications, including any notifications from Google Play regarding CSAE, and to speak to our review and enforcement procedures and take action where required:

Child Safety Point of Contact — AGRSOFT LTD

Email: support@kidssocialapp.com (subject line: "CHILD SAFETY — POINT OF CONTACT")

7. Action We Take on CSAM

If we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM in connection with the App, we will take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable law, including removing the material and preserving relevant information as required. We will report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where applicable in the United Kingdom, the relevant authorities such as the National Crime Agency / CEOP and the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), and cooperate with law enforcement as required.

8. Compliance With Laws and Standards

We work to comply with applicable child-safety and data-protection laws and platform requirements, including:

Our approach is also informed by recognised industry best practice on combating online child sexual abuse and exploitation, including the standards promoted by the Tech Coalition.

9. Updates to These Standards

We review these standards at least annually and whenever there is a significant change to our App, our practices, or relevant law. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
